RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE:

All clients are required to register their demand with agency name to POEA office in Manila. If Client is mid size they can hire 3 Agents and if client is Large / Multinational POEA can give permission to hire maximum of 5 Agencies. Once POEA grants permission the Client can embark upon to recruit from Manila & other Town & Cities all over Philippines.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
In order to recruit from philippines we need the following documents from the client.
  1. Power of attorney
  2. Demand letter
  3. Standard employment contract
  4. Contengancy plan on company letterhead addressed to philippines overseas  employment bureau
